PATRIS / VJV LIVE EP / OUT NOW | . |
Patris aka Patris Židelevičius is exploring the boundaries of cello by combining the classical instrument with field-recordings, analogue and digital sounds. Each performance is a prepared improvisation in which Patris seeks to explore and discover new textures, consonances and dissonances. Subtle melodies and sounds are combined into multi-layered soundscapes and feature properties of ambient, drone, musique concrète and other contemporary music genres. VJV Live EP includes the live improvisations recorded at Viljandi (Estonia), Jonava and Vilnius (Lithuania). The EP is accomplished with a bonus track Intermezzo – an instrumental piece, which (classically) is either a movement between two others in a larger work, or a character piece, which could stand on its own. The debut Patris EP in digital and limited MC format will appear on our sublabel Partyzanai Plius Records and will be presented on the 15th of June at event Go Gaga 2018. Big thanks to Tadas Karpavicius for the graphic design and Pranza (audomastering.lt) for making it sound good.

PPP010 / CHANNEL 37 / CTIY LFIE EP | . |
An underground rebel of hardware machine music and a lover of analogue sound who stays devoted to the true live performance, funk, soul and groove. Under the heavy influence of black American music including jazz, funk, hip hop, house and techno, Channel 37 carries an old school groove tradition straight to 21st century. His imprint Hedphon, dedicated to analogue sound contains few releases of diverse electronic dance music and he is a resident at the infamous Radiator techno parties in Copenhagen. Channel 37’s brutal beats, funky baselines, and obscure synths raise no questions on the dance-floor, shortcut of which you can experience in the CTIY LFIE extended play. The EP in digital and MC format (with two cassette only drone tracks) appears on minimal.lt and Partyzanai joint label PPP Records and will be presented on the 2nd of March at event PPP: Black Merlin. WITHOUT LETTERS / UNFOLLOW REMIXES | . |
After a long but short break a bunch of unexpected interpretations of Without Letters “Unfollow EP” finally got it’s shape. The remixes were made by Lithuanian artists, who are shattered all over the Europe. Straight from London comes an expected ZZ Popcorn „Heritage“ remix, which acoustically can be mistaken as an interpretation of Eurhythmics unknown song. The second interpretation of “Heritage” is made by Shkema, who is constantly involved in sound design projects for the Lithuanian National Drama Theater. The “Sight Lines” remix comes from Denmark. Konsistent, who was one of the initiators of “Untitled Tricks” illegal raves in Copenhagen, took a slow, almost balearic approach. The “Malaria” interpretation was made by the fresh the Berlin resident – Vaiper, who is basically a flag carrier of the Lithuanian trap scene and is a frontman of locally well known Despotin Fam Band. Versatile and quality staff for global ears over here. The Remixes EP in digital format appears on sub-label Partyzanai Pop and will be presented on the 5th of August at event Partyzanai Pop Showcase: Without Letters. Big thanks to for Monika Janulevičiūtė and Tadas Karpavičius the graphic design and Pranza (audomastering.lt) – for making it sound good.

300 DEGREES / POINT OF CHANGE / SOON | . |
We are happy to welcome IJO‘s – one of Lithuania’s electronica veteran – side project 300 Degerees into our artist family. After several years the volume of music Audrius Vaitekunas aka IJO has accumulated was begging to be released on a new album. As a result the sound of the album “Point Of Change” is a lot more mature, more emotional and significantly ahead of the previous creations. Title of the album, as well as the music, reflects Audrius personal life and recent events – returning to his home country after nearly 10 years spent in London and Brighton. “This is audio (photo) album of my experience, first of all to remind myself of those times. I hope listeners will find co-resonating and pleasant emotions in this audio journey.” The 300 Degrees debut album „Point Of Change“ will be released on the 19th of September on Partyzanai Records as limited MC (50 copies worldwide) and digital.
